Triviality

Poetry is to triviality what luminescence is to dullness–

long before we discovered the importance of zero-waste,
the poetry revealed its bag outstretching that of ragpickers,

for in its netted, intact frame
objects, emotions, ideas, phenomena, cognitions
are sewn into categories with a theme,

like discarded selvages formed into a quilt.
